Rights and obligations of the parties when selling distance
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are placed through our website after adding Tabex to the cart. Consent to these General Terms and Conditions is required to complete the order.
We have the right not to deliver the ordered product, or to delay delivery, for various objective reasons, including stock depletion, incorrect/incomplete delivery address or customer contact phone, or in case of a declared state of emergency or emergency epidemic situation. We will notify the user by phone or email in such cases.
We do not guarantee the availability of Tabex at the time of order completion. Our only responsibility in this case is to return the prepaid amount for the product, if any.
We undertake to provide conditions for the proper packaging, transportation, and delivery of the product, preserving its quality and efficiency.
The customer has the right to return the product at their expense, within 14 days of receipt, if they change their mind, provided that the product has no traces of use and is in its original unopened packaging.
Upon fulfilling the conditions for return, we are obliged to refund the customer using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction.
Right of refusal
The customer has the right to refuse the product and return it at their expense, within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day period expires.
The product must be returned at the customer’s expense without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification. The deadline is met if the product is returned before the 14-day period expires. Upon exercising the right to withdraw, we will refund all amounts received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification date. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction.
In case of refusal, the product must be returned in the original packaging, with intact integrity, unused, and with complete equipment, if any. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned product and not to refund if these conditions are not met.
Entry into force and changes in the general terms
These General Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all customers of our website. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to use our website.
We may change and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from their publication on our website and become mandatory for all users from that moment.
