Do you ship to my country?

We currently accept orders from and ship to the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

Temporarily suspended countries:

We hope to make shipping available again in the future, but we cannot accept or ship orders to temporarily suspended countries at this time.

Can I pay by Debit or Credit Card?

To fully safeguard your security, we are currently working on a unique, secure Debit and Credit Card payment system that will not be processed directly through our website.

We are taking extra care with this because your safety and trust are very important to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact timeframe yet. This payment option will only become available once we are confident it meets the level of security our customers deserve.

For now, please use one of the available payment methods shown at checkout.

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

Yes. After placing your order, the bank transfer payment instructions will appear on the order confirmation page and will also be sent to you by email.

Your order will be processed once your payment has been received.

I'm not receiving emails regarding my order!

We make every effort to ensure that our emails are delivered, but sometimes emails may be delayed, filtered, or blocked by your email provider.

Please check the following:

Check your email address
Make sure the email address used for your order is correct.

Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes order emails may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. If you find our email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk.”

Add us to your contacts
To help prevent future delivery issues, add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list.

Check your inbox storage
If your mailbox is full, new emails may not be delivered. Delete or archive old emails to free up space.

Work or school email addresses
If you used a work or school email address, your organization may block certain emails. Please contact your IT department or email administrator if needed.

Where can I view my order details?

We made this simple on purpose, so you do not have to worry about forgotten passwords or account access.

You can visit the View Your Order page.

Simply enter the email address used for your order and your order number. You will then be able to view all available order details, including your payment status, products ordered, shipping information, and tracking details.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

You can also view your tracking details at any time on the View Your Order page using your email address and order number.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped the same day or the next working day after your payment has been received.

Exceptionally, shipment may take up to 3 working days after your order has been placed.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the shipment time starts after we have received and processed your payment.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are shipped via the Universal Postal Union and delivered by the national postal service of the destination country to the shipping address you provide.

Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, because delivery depends on the postal services and customs processing in the destination country.

For orders paid by bank transfer, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days for us to receive and process the payment. Once the payment has been received, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

Europe: 2–15 business days
Rest of the World: 2–35 business days

After your order has been shipped, you can follow the delivery using the tracking information sent to you by email, or by visiting the View Your Order page.

Please contact us only if your package has exceeded the estimated delivery time. In that case, we can request an investigation with the postal services. Depending on the outcome, you may be offered a free resend or a refund.

How will my order be delivered?

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, your package may be held at a nearby collection point or post office, depending on the local postal service.

My order tracking stopped updating!

Tracking may not update between two scan points. This is normal, especially when a package is in transit between countries, waiting for customs processing, or moving between postal services.

A temporary delay in the tracking system can also happen. In many cases, tracking updates again once the package reaches the next postal facility or arrives in the destination country.
